Referral Policy
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give twenty-four hours
advance notice. Failure to do so will result in fees due for the full scheduled
session time.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, it will result in fees due for
the full scheduled session time (which are not billable to your insurance). If
we fail to show for a scheduled appointment, your next appointment will be free.
Privacy Policy
Your information will be kept confidential. Information will only be shared with
other health care providers for consults or progress reports as necessary, or
with the various agencies involved in payment reimbursement.
**Each new client you refer must keep their appointment and pay the fees
associated with their appointment.
